Michfoot Surgeons provides attentive, leading-edge foot and ankle care in a relaxed setting in Southfield, Michigan. Practice owner Randy Leff, DPM, and the practice’s other expert providers are board-certified podiatrists and foot and ankle surgeons. Boasting 65 years of combined experience, they maintain the highest levels of accreditation and training and regularly pursue ongoing education to stay at the forefront of podiatric medicine.

Michfoot Surgeons emphasizes holistic care, always treating patients from the inside out to ensure the best outcomes. Dr. Leff has been fantastic. I’ve had consistent pains in my big toe, even with sneakers, and injections simply didn’t work anymore. I had a joint implant put in and at the same time my tailor’s bunion corrected. Dr. Leff was patient, caring, thorough, and took extra time with me when I had questions. I was taken into the inner office promptly. The health assistant was professional, pleasant and courteous.. The x-rays were done efficiently. The Dr was attentive and I received good information on treatment. A great experience. I wish all of my Dr's appointments were like this one!
